Change the 3D cone of an caudio object.
Prototype :
fun [ObjAudio I I I] I
- ObjAudio : a caudio object
- I : the inner cone angle 0 to 360
- I : the outer cone angle 0 to 360
- I : the sound volume in outer cone (default : 0)
Return : I 0 or nil if error.
