_CRtaskIcon `DEPRECATED`

Create an icon in the system bar (on the desktop on Linux).

Prototype :

fun [Chn S S] ObjIcon

Chn : any channel, typically the current channel.

S : the content of a bitmap. The bitmap is limited at 512 bytes.

S : the title.

Return : ObjIcon a new icon object or nil if error
