Retrieves all licenses file names availables from the sub-directory licenses of scol executable directory.

Prototype :

fun [] [S r1]

Return : [S r1] the list

These licenses are the Scol licenses and all licenses of Scol dependencies. They should be present in the licenses subdirectory. By default on a MS Windows system, this folder is : c:\programs files\scol voyager\licenses
