Pause and unpause a connection.
Prototype :

- ObjNetwork : a network object created with _networkCreate.
- I : a flag :
- NETWORK_PAUSE_RECV : pause receiving data
- NETWORK_PAUSE_SEND : pause sending data
Return : I 0 if ok or another code number if internal error
or nil if argument error.
