Modifies the current read position in AsSnd to '_time_', given in milliseconds.

_time_
	New current position in milliseconds.
_flag_
	Positioning flag. Value Meaning AS_SND_BEGIN Position given from the start. AS_SND_CURRENT Position given from the current position. AS_SND_END Position given from the end.

The AsSnd given as a parameter, or nil in case of a failure.

This fonction is only meaningful in the case of a low level use of the API for a AsSnd in the AS_SND_LINEAR mode.
