If it is possible, this function should change the parent of any Scol object.

This function should be used by advanced developers only. This is unstable, can be unsafe and is incomplete yet.

Prototype :

fun [u0 u1] u0

• u0 : any Scol child object
• u1 : the new Scol parent object.

Return : u0 the child object or nil if error or not found/not exist.
