From a list of level 2 (r2), create two lists of level 1 (r1).

Prototype :

fun [[u0 [u1 r2]]] [[u0 r1] [u1 r1]]

• [[u0 [u1 r2]]] : a list of level 2.

Return : [[u0 r1] [u1 r1]] a new tuple of two list of level 1 or nil if error
