- Feature :
This plugIT allows to start a timer and to stop this when you want. 
When the timer is stopped, an event gives the elapsed time (by a single string
or a number of milliseconds).

- Installation :
Copy all file in the archive in the "\os3dplugins\misc\" subfolder.
If Openspace3d is already started, reload the plugIts list (shortcut : F5)
