_gtkLabelUriVisitedSet ets whether a Label object should keep track of clicked links (and use a different color for them).

• ObjGtkLabel : the Label object.


• I : 1 to keep that, otherwise 0.


• Return ObjGtkLabel : the same Label object or nil if an error occurs.
