powerInfos
Returns some informations on the current electric power. This functions exists
on MS Windows version. On others systems, like GNU/Linux, it is not yet implemented
and it returns always 'nil'.
Prototype :

Return : [I I I I I]
- I : The AC power status. 0 : offline, 1 : online, 255 : unknown
- I : The battery charge status
- I : The percentage of full battery charge remaining
- I : The estimed number of seconds of battery life remaining
- I : Always 0
Error :
- EOK if no error.
- ESYSOS if the OS can not give a valid response.
- EPLATFORM if the current platform is not supported.
