copy libvlccore.dll and libvlc.dll in scol directory at the same place of scol.exe

copy scolvlc.dll in scol/plugins
and vlc plugins (release/plugins) in scol/plugins/vlc/

add in usm.ini
	plugin plugins/scolvlc.dll
