This module allows a special user to control visitors by :
- deleting someone
- sending a service message
- sending a private message
- using custom controls.

Custom controls can be :
- make someone going somewhere :
  link the custom control event to a position in a place
- make someone entering/leaving a sound chat system
  link the custom control event to a start/end action of the speaker module

Two actions to connect :
-in : a user is being to be controlled
-out : a user is going out of control
-entering : to show where the localisation of the user (current C3D or module)
