Return a list of availables voices to a speech object. Scol 6.x or above required, MS Windows system required

Prototype :

fun [ObjSpeech I] [S r1]

• ObjSpeech : a synthesis object
• I : voice type 0 for all, 1 for male, 2 for female.

Return : [S r1] a list of availables voices or nil if error.
